Last night, we celebrated the upcoming launch of our new website with a cupcake party in Melbourne's CBD. Teaming up with Little Cupcakes, we celebrated our upcoming move as they launched a bunch of new vegan and gluten-free flavours, and they were dee-licious! Plain blue jeans? Boring. We'd rather be caught in flat shoes (or no shoes). Here's a label - Aussie, of course - that's taken the age-old staple and given it a revamp. Florals, stripes, leopard, studs...these guys seriously know where it's at. And best of all - they're super comfy. Meet Milou

Our dog Bo has made regular guest appearances on the blog...and we've finally just got her a friend. Meet the newest member of the HTL family - Milou aka Moo. We've already discovered that he loves to pull a good pose for the camera, so get used to seeing more of this cute puppy face.

Steffi Beach

Perfect 30 degree weather? Check. Delicious Mexican spread? Check. DJ Giddy Heine behind the decks? Of course. Seriously couldn't think of a better way to distract myself from the fact that I'm turning a year older than partying at Steffi Beach, aka a beautiful ocean-side pool turned into my very own version of the day club, Nikki Beach. The sign was definitely the coolest part in all of it and I'm hoping that if I leave it on display, the beach's name might somehow catch on with the locals. May have gone a little crazy on all the Missoni get up but it's my birthday and I'll wear top-to-toe Missoni if I want to!

Sydney Without You

Headed up to Sydney for the weekend with Ro and co. to see Swedish House Mafia. While in town I obviously ensured there was time to pop into a couple of our favourite PR agencies and eat at a couple of our favourite cafes - of course neither of these things was quite the same without you. Absolute favourite moment of the weekend was when I was quietly eating lunch alone at The Grounds and a girl came up to me and asked if I was Stef from How Two Live! The most impressive part in all this was of course that she'd managed to tell us apart...something that even our mother often fails to do!

Jerome's Birthday

Today I managed a break between Aus Open and Aus Open to go shopping for our brother Jerome's birthday. Among other things I found a really cool book on growing your own veggie patch, which I thought would be a great addition to his bachelor pad - right along with his new jacuzzi. Get in there girls!

Tennis Time

Appel and I have been hitting it up the tennis hard lately. Today we watched our favourite Frenchmen, Tsonga and Gasquet, while snacking on Big Ms and hot chips...took me back to tuckshop days. Was very unimpressed to receive some seriously weird looks and comments from a couple of sleazy men...although I guess it was kind of fair considering my skirt had slits up to my bellybutton. Oh the things we do for fashion.

Kings Pond

Thought since my Hawaii getaway is coming to an end I should finally face my fears and go snorkelling in Kings Pond. Was so devo you weren't there to freak out with me! At one point I thought the stingray was swimming towards me so I jumped on top of Debbie and started screaming like a little girl...The 12 year old boy next to me thought it was hilarious.

I think one of my favourite things about being on holidays is every afternoon at 5 when it's finally happy hour, or Beer O'clock as we have come to call it. The best thing about yesterday though, other than the edamame that accompanied my delicious mango mai tai, was that I finally got to wear this amazing quilted Topshop twosie. Been waiting for the right moment to steal it off you ever since I saw you take it out of your Paris suitcase.

Hawaii Heaven

Today was just another day in Hawaii heaven. The morning consisted of the world's most delicious buffet breakfast - my favourite combo of bagels, scrambled eggs and pain au chocolat, and a walk through the gardens, followed by an afternoon spent splitting my time between the pool and the beach. Feeling like pretty much nothing could disturb this peace...not even the bird who insists on pecking at our window at 7 every morning.

Kim & Jonny's Wedding

Yesterday we had the big day...Ro's sister Kim's wedding. Somehow a day forecast to rain turned into a perfect sunny afternoon, and it was seriously one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever been to. I got to wear nana's dress which for once earned me compliments instead of the usual stares. And after months of subtle hinting (aka begging and pleading) Ro has finally had his dreams come true and made it onto the blog! Welcome to HTL Ro.

Family Reunion

Finally back together again! And what better way to spend our reunion than between the pool and the park with our favourite puppy. The three of us had an epic day of tanning and catching up, and Bo even learnt how to swim. Only just back and we're already busy at work planning what's coming next for HTL...which is starting with a bonus post coming later today!

Hanging Out in Paris

So I'm finally getting back into regular life in Paris. Today consisted of getting abused by a mean manicurist, consuming two mocha Frappuccinos, walking around in the rain after forgetting my umbrella at home, learning how to make eclairs (and then of course devouring them), and some solid HTL brainstorming. Now that I've written it down it sounds kind of depressing, but it was actually a great day!
