How Two Give Day 3

HTL's fave pup Bo has featured on the blog a few times now, but we've never actually told her story. She was abandoned in a car park at 4 weeks old with her 7 brothers and sisters, and they were sent to a local shelter to find new homes. There are now websites you can visit that feature animals from lots of different shelters so you can pick out your new pet as easily as you can buy those new pair of Jeffrey Campbells (but make sure you give this purchase a little more thought!). The number of dogs and cats abandoned often peaks over christmas, so what better time than to adopt your own furry friend in need of a loving home. After all, dog is man's best friends...and best accessory! Note: Walking the dog in heels was not our finest of ideas. Don't try this at home.

How Two Give Day 1

Igniting Change, an organisation which inspires awareness of social issues and encourages people to get involved in community projects, has come out with these super cute bracelets. Not only do they make for an awesome Christmas gift, but you will also be supporting Cambodian artisans who make the bracelets from recycled bullet shells. They come in 3 different colours, each featuring a powerful word that holds a hidden meaning within. Keep your eyes out for more of these guys as they're teaming up with Willow in 2013 to create a limited edition piece of jewellery.

How Two Give Week

With Christmas just around the corner and the spirit of giving in the air, HTL is going to be transforming into HTG for the week. Don't worry, we'll still be delivering your daily fix of outfit crazy, but we'll also be giving you some great ideas of how you can give this Christmas, and of course we'll be getting involved with the giving too. We've had a look around and come up with a week's worth of great organisations who help in different ways - we're not representing any of these organisations, but have been inspired by each of them.
