So devastated that my week in paradise has officially come to an end, but not before a hilarious last night out at Cheeky Monkey with the boys and a late night stop at Abrakebabra. With my new flares in mind, I decided to channel Rainbow Brite and got my colour on in a big way. Judging by all the strange looks received I don't think Coolangatta Airport was exactly ready for me... although the guy at Newslink did compliment my shoes.. he obviously knows where it's at!

Had a seriously hectic couple of days with Gig running around picking up all his last minute India goodies but we obviously managed to squeeze in some fun time too. Had delicious Melbourne brunch at a couple of my faves, saw Pitch Perfect (yes, we can see it again together!) and had massages at this new Thai place I found which you are going to die for!! Could seriously not be more jealous of his 2 month trip ahead but getting very excited for our Hawaii adventure!

Weekend in Brussels

We decided to spend the weekend in Brussels for some sightseeing and shopping. After stepping out into 5 degree weather our big plans for the day quickly turned into an afternoon spent in a beer bar with a giant food platter and board games. At least the cold meant it was finally time to pull out the winter knits, and of course the incredible bright pink earmuffs...FYI Appel has matching green ones - can you handle!

French Class

Day 1 of French class at the Alliance Francaise. So weird to be back here after a year! And particularly strange not to be taking extra long lunch breaks with you in the cafeteria. Seriously happy to have found my trusty red floral 'school bag' that also happened to have my old school books in it...plus it manages to make me look a little less scary when I'm covered in leather, skulls and spikes.

Detour Past Tarrawarra

Stopped at Tarrawarra on our way home from Healesville. The gallery was actually closed which was super annoying but the views were well worth the detour. Weekend in the country was an absolute party! Very ready for round two at the snow on Thursday. PS. these are the shoes I was telling you about, you will die for them!
