Cafe Hopping

When Appel wore this jumper the other day I fell in love with it and knew I had to steal it for myself! It also provided some much needed warmth for a winter's day spent cafe-hopping around Paris (we knocked 3 cafes off our must-visit-before-leaving-Paris list). Got a little creative with my lipstick and while it seemed like a good idea at first, after about 10 minutes of wearing it the colours started to rub off on each other. The great news is that this lead to the discovery of a new hybrid lipstick colour which I love and will most definitely be wearing again!

Open Mic Night

Went to support my friend for her first time ever singing on a stage at the Empress Hotel's open mic night. We'd never heard her sing properly before and no one was too sure what to expect. Let's just say that a room full of dropped jaws and one random woman bawling her eyes out later, and she'd been asked to perform on community radio! Next stop Bennetts Lane...

Club Sandwich

Took a detour on the way to the airport via my favourite Sydney sandwich spot. Ordered our sandwiches takeaway so we could eat them on the way home...best airplane meal of my life. After a couple of days of great shopping, ridiculous food, and a bit of sunshine, it's finally time to come back to Melb.
