Had a half day stopover in Paris, so decided to check out this pool on the River Seine I'd heard so much about. While I was expecting kids running around everywhere and oldies doing aqua aerobics, I got guys in Vilebrequins and a 2 hour wait to get in. Even public pools are cooler in Paris. Drinks At The Cullen

Made the genius decision to ditch gym yesterday in favour of afternoon drinks with Zoe and Rubs. We ended up at The Cullen after agreeing their happy hour snacks (pretzels and pickles) were definitely the best on offer. Last Weekend Of The Season

Went to the snow for the weekend which was amazing, and skiing quality was actually epic. Devastated that the season's over but also very excited because it means winter's over too! Can't tell you how ready I am to ditch the furs and boots... feels like my skin hasn't seen the sun in years!

Dinner Party in Deia

Went to a dinner party at my friend Chloe's incredible holiday house - finally a chance to wear my new arm bling! In attendance was what Appel refers to as "team fabulous" - ranging from Vogue photographers to international fashion show producers. After failing to find a cab home at 4am we ended up spending the night in Chloe's guest room...which as you can see meant we got to wake up to the most amazing views!

Whitney Eve For SG

Went to a talk that Whitney Port was giving on her new line for SG. Some of the pieces were quite cute but I'm not gonna lie, I was mainly there to see her. Went to Balenciaga and Comme Des Garcons exhibitions held at a recently relaunched space that showcases emerging and high end fashion designers, houses the IFM fashion school, and also includes DJs and a couple of bar/restaurants. Semester abroad perhaps?

Smash Cake

Went to Charlotte's for afternoon tea today which was ridiculously delicious. She had a birthday 'smash cake' (or the ultimate pinada). Complete with a mallet, it was a huge, cupcake-shaped chocolate filled with lollies. However the plaque on the cake was definitely the highlight... love it!

Palace of Versailles

Left Paris for a visit to the Palace of Versailles. Thought it suitable to pull out some gold for the occasion. Spent most of the day sun baking and picnicking in the incredible gardens..luckily everyone was too busy admiring the scenery to notice that I'd stripped down to my underwear to avoid grass stains on my Manoush skirt....(I hope!)

A Day At The NGV

Breakfast at Rose Bakery

Rose Bakery has become our regular Paris breakfast spot...literally everything on the menu is delicious. Preseason C&M

Went to the Camilla and Marc preseason showing at David Jones. The clothes were beautiful, so summery in bright yellow, pink and lots of floral. Also had a seriously awkward encounter with C&M when they came over to speak to us. I was so in awe of them that I ended up turning bright red as my mind went to jelly...
